ABSOLUTELY F**KING USELESS!

SENA you have NO F**king idea! Your device manager does NOT WORK on Win 10! I have a Sena 30K which is a BOAT ANCHOR!

I will NEVER buy a SENA product AGAIN! WORST $400 I have EVER PAID! your DEVICE MANAGER only works on Win 7! IT DOES NOT WORK ON WIN 10!

I am throwing mine in the bin! BLOODY DISGRACEFUL.

  Same issue on the Sena R1 helmet for me.

  I have Windows 10 and have no problems operating the Device Manager, though I had to use the 64 bit version. I was able to update my 30K, though am having issues with the Extend Half Helmet headset. I'm sure there's a setting within the Device Manager that's preventing it from being recognized. This is my second 30K and the first headset I had no problems recognizing/updating it either. The only "real" problem I had was downloading the 64 bit version from Harley's website. It said it didn't exist but when I went to the Sena site, it downloaded without a hitch.
