My Sena Download manager showed a new firmware version for my 10cEvo. I installed 1.3 and could not get any sound from any streaming device, phone/GPS/Motorcycle. It would connect via bluetooth but all audio stopped working. Downgraded back to previous firmware version and everything works again. Caution to those upgrading to 1.3!

Rory My SENA 10c EVO arrived yesterday. Like a good lad, I did everything by the book and upgraded the firmware. To v1.3 as you've done.
Spent the best part of 6 hours troubleshooting bluetooths problems and no sound when trying to play media.
When I now look at the firmware updater... the most recent firmware is back at version v1.2.1...!!
I am now "updating" from v1.3 back to v1.2.1. Praying it will fix my issues.
What a whirlind adventure of annoyance because someone released a v1.3 by mistake on the exact day my device arrived. Will update if it resolves my problem. But thank you for your post, it gave me the idea to check my firmware, otherwise I'd have never had the idea.
EDIT: Praise baby jesus it has FIXED it. Flip me. What a wild 2 days it's been.

Bill Clayton Glad I could help. It was driving me crazy as well, thought my bike's Bluetooth went out. Sena should do a better job with Q/A before they post these things.
