can't make phone call with R1 EVO

Just bought R1 EVO. Is it possible to make outgoing phone calls? How?  With Android smart phone is it possible to do "Hey google" voice commands, for example, gps directions or call a contact through the helmet?

  Just an update. I managed to go back to firmware 3.0.1 using a different PC and the Sena is functioning again as it should. There seems to be a problem with firmware 3.1.1 ....at least with my Samsung S8: Geometry Dash apk online.
