MIC not working (SRL SHOEI helmet)
This drove me nuts and nearly yanked out the MIC out of frustration..
I have an iphone, iOS 14.2 (model 12 pro)
When making or receiving calls, the receiving end cannot hear me speak.
I tried the folloing:
Factory reset -> Configuration menu -> mobile phone paring -> MIC FAIL
Factory reset -> Configuration menu -> second mobile phone paring -> MIC FAIL
Factory reset -> Configuration menu -> media paring -> MIC SUCCES
Apparently my MIC is not broken. The profile selection for mobile (primary/secondary) is. It only works if i choose MEDIA PAIRING.
I tried several iphone models and iOS versions. (iphone XR, ios 14.3)
Can someone confirm this? Will this be fixed?

Hey I got kind of the same problem. My MIC is working because I can use it if I start the call from my phone, but somehow if I answer a call with the headset or if I try to use the "Ok google" function from my headset, the phone just won't try to hear sena's microphone.
Seems like there's absolutely no one helping on this forum, I just feel robbed atm.
