Sena 10C evo : disconnect, try again later :(

I have Sena 10c evo (firmware 1.4)+ mobilephone Mi max2.

During the ride, Sena answered the phrase: disconnect, try again later
This message can be repeated with a different period - 1 minute, 10 minutes, but periodical. 
Mobile phone Mi max2, worked without problems with sena 10c for 3 years.

  In the app, I was able to adjust the settings of the video like contrast, saturation ect previously but now I can’t find that setting in the bubble shooter app anymore??? How can I adjust it? I checked a video I recorded yesterday and it was way too washed out.
