Update Sena 30K Firmware on Windows 11

The Device Manager doesn't recognize my Sena 30K when I plug it into a USB port on my Windows 11 PC. I tried a different USB cable, and conformed bot work with an9ther device. I also rebooted Windows with advanced start up settings and disabled the driver signature requirement.

  It is possible that the driver for the Sena 30K is not installed properly or the device is in charging mode instead of transferring data.

  Bei mir funktioniert es nur mit dem mitgelieferten Kabel und dem device Manager.

  I had a very similar issue with my Sena 30K on Windows 11. Trying another cable and USB port is a good start, but it may also be worth checking whether Windows detects it under “Universal Serial Bus controllers” or “Other devices” instead of Device Manager showing it by name. Hopefully there’s a simple driver or USB connection fix for this.
