My wife bought a Sena Outrush-R in Sturgis 2024.  Took a charge once, then couldn't get it to charge after.  Blue light came on, but when turning it on she got the "low battery" prompt and shutdown.  Updated the firmware, it charged for a few trips, and again it's back to shutting down after turning it on.  Updated the firmware again, took one charge, and the issues reappears.  Sena said to mail the helmet in for service across the U.S. to California at our expense, but that is expensive.  She already paid $400 for the dang thing.  Now looking to removed the radio and see if anyone locally can find the issue or possibly replacing the battery to try again.  This helmet is pure crap and while building the unit into the helmet sound great, I see it as a method to constantly spend money to keep it working.  Out of the Sena products we have purchased, this one is pushing up away from Sena to try another brand, one that has better service.
