Hi There,

since SDM v4.4.14 and v4.4.9 are not able to download the firmware for my Outrush R-N03 helmets, can you please provide me with the manual firmware file so I can try the update process manually by browsing to the file?

My current firmware version is v2.02

BTW, it is not a setup issue as my other 2 Sena devices are updating just fine.
