Sena spider RT1 mesh issue

Hello! It’s been 4 months that I have Spider RT1 but without any reason Mesh stopped working. The connection to my phone works but whenever I press the Mesh button , intercom lags and it turns off. Apparently, intercom with another person cannot work at all. I reset it. I used the old and the new firmware version, even mesh 2.0 and 3.0 but the issue still exists. Any help would be appreciated.
