R2X and Mesh 3.0

Will the R2X be getting Mesh 3.0?  Also, I have a hard time hearing Alexa and the Sena app has the volume on max.  Is there something wrong on my end, or is this something that needs to be addressed in a firmware update?

  I'm also interested to know the answer to this question.  I have a series of R2 EVO helmets that were upgraded to Mesh 3.0, so they can no longer communicate with the R2X because it's still using Mesh 3.0.
