30k firmware update not working

None of the software from Sena is working.

I am directed to multiple software to install on my computer and none of them are working. The mobile app requires me to have a special usb/wifi cable that sena does not even sell?!!

$300 bucks down the drain. I cant use the 30k because my friends updated their firmware and now I am stuck with a brick.
