Sena S5 Update Issues
My sena s5 will not connect to either my new phone (connected to other one fine - have since removed sena from that device), it has historically connected to other senas without issue until today.
Sena desk manager says my comms needs to be updated, I do that, and it says firmware is updated successfully - I can either continue from here or update the sena again (the exact same firmware each time).

I have reset my phone, laptop and sena multiple times. Have also uninstalled/reinstalled device manager
I'm not sure what to do from here?
