Internal Wifi Not Appear - Impulse Helmet

I try to firmware update for my Impulse Helment. I follow guidance manua, search youtube …. solid red, means wifi not connected, I already did wifi reset (hold mesh button to purple), and also factory reset, but still the internal Wifi (Sena/Sena Impulse) did not appear in my smartphone wifi liat. I did with another smartphone, Iphone (promax 16), samsung fold, huawei fold, STILL Sena/Sena Impulse wifi did not appear.. Any possible to upgrade firmware manually (without internal wifi) Thanks
