I bought a Sena Spider ST1 communication system in order to interact with wife and sons when we go for a ride.

The first time, we could upgrade via Android (when we bought Spider RT1 that are already in 2.4). I only have linux at home for more than 20 years and it's the first time that I can't do anything with wine or tools like.

How can I update my firmware, a Sena support address to send my communication system to update ?

A contribution from Sena to buy a Windows licence ?

When we bought RT1 that had more recent firmware, we were not able to communicate between ST1 and RT1 because of the different version. If we encouter people with more recent update, will we be another time off the conversation ?

Communication System :

• Sena Spider ST1 v2.4
• Sena Spider RT1 v2.4

Operating system available :

• Ubuntu 24.04
• Debian 13
• Xubuntu 24.04

I can install RedHat like if necessary.
