so i already opened a ticket after updating the firmware of my st1 build 2, volume doesnt seem to go up maybe a third of before so im looking to get old firmware versions so i ca fix the problem i dont know why customer suport doesnt want to share the old firmeware but this thing is an expensive headset and firmware updates are suposed to fix bugs and have new functions but on the contrary this update messed up the headset and i really need a resolution to this problem please do share at least 3 old firmware files so i can install them and try the headset so i can continue to use it
