BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Com U1 - Functions not working.
I have two helmets with the BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Com U1 installed, and the VOX function and voice commands are completely unusable on both of them. I've updated the firmware, but it only gives me version 1.0, so there's no change. The microphones also don't work when paired with another universal intercom. I have two other friends who also have it and are experiencing the same problem. It's very frustrating because I thought the collaboration between these two giants, Senna and BMW, would be very interesting, but I'm not happy at all.

This is not going to be very helpful, but, you're not alone in feeling frustrated. I've given up on any kind of support from either Sena or BMW for this device. I've replaced it. Been in touch with Sena and they just push it over to BMW, Then BMW take a lifetime to respond, and when they do, there is zero technical knowledge regarding ThIs product, I suppose it's to small for them to be bothered with. Paid a premium price for this item not realising it was a watered down version of the (supported) 50R. Replaced mine with the 60S and that's a way better product that integrates better and fully with all functions of my GSA. In fact, so does the 50R.
