Sena 10S - no 'Audio Boost' option on Device Manager?

Well, the title says it all really!

New 10S intercom - volume on max is too quiet to hear with earplugs in... much quieter than a friend's older 10S. In the 10S manual it says in 14.2.3 that you can enable 'Audio Boost' on the Device Manager...... but there I cannot find an 'Audio Boost' option in the Device Manager!!!

Updated firmware on 10S

Updated Device Manager

Tried a new download of Device Manager on a different computer.

Where the heck is it??????

  I have the same issue. Updated to v3.0.2. The product is of no use over 50 km/h. What is the solution?
