Spider st1 mesh issue

Hi, when I tap the mesh button for 1 sec on my Spider ST1 it will not start mesh (LED will not switch to green). Blue LED continues blinking. Have tried both Fault reset and Factory reset without any result. Firmware is updated. Any ideas what could be the problem?

  Hi, the Sena support could not tell why I have this malfunction. My device warranty has expired, so it doesn’t make sense to send in the device for repair and not knowing what the cost would be.
