Sena SRL2 microphone NOT working on calls -on GT Air2

I have a new (3 months) GT Air2 with Sena SRL2.

At first the the microphone functioned but then 1 month ago stopped functioning. Everything else operates fine- music and receiving calls but callers cannot hear me.

I've re-set but no difference. This seems to be a common fault. Can someone at Sena please help?

  I am having the same issue. I can't get an answer on my issue with Sena.

  Here's the third one. Situation: New Sena SRL2 and Sena 50R, actual firmware.

  In case of MESH communication the grouping is fine, but the mic at the side of SRL2 isn't working.

  If we switch to BT Intercom, the microphone is working and everything is ok.

  Hey Sena, give us a patch ;-)
