Sena 50s v2.0 impossible to connect with the app sena50 utility

Hi everyone,

i just go a new sena 50S but what a surprise, i try to connect to my phone (a galaxy s20+) no problem but when i launch the app and want to connect the intercom to the app i click on next which open me the bluetooth menu and just after this it goes back to the page where i choose if i have a sena 50S or 50R, i tried to forget the sena in my s20, factory reset the sena and even to pair the two and come really quick on the app but the only other thing i got is the app who just stay in an endless loop trying to connect to my phone, so i don't know what to do now.

I'm a little disappointed because the app seems nice but can't use it...

  Hi. had same problem.

  dont use the 50 utility app, instead I am now using Sena Motorcycles APP and works fine with the first connect. don't understand why SENA has that many APP's
