Keine Stimme erkannt

Guten Tag, ich besitze seit heute ein Sena 30K und möchte dieses Ding am liebsten in den Müll schmeissen, weil das Teil bist jetzt Müll ist. Es wird keine Stimme erkannt. Egal welches Mikrofon benutze - nichts. Weder via Bluetooth, noch über Telefon oder per sprachnachricht bei WhatsApp. Den Support von Sena kann ich auch nicht anschreiben, da ich die Modellbezeichnung eingeben soll. Welche soll das sein? Auf der Rückseite vom Sena steht: " Model: SP113" gebe ich das ein, wird mir das als Falsch angezeigt. und der Sound von den Lautsprechern klingt merkwürdig blechernd und 'weit' weg. Dafür habe ich also knapp 250€ bezahlt. top, 😅 Bisher habe ich jedes Mikrofon probiert. Einen Werksresett gemacht, die Firmware aktualisiert und alles neu gekoppelt. Habt ihr Tips was ich noch machen könnte?

  I don't have the 30k but try hey seeena check battery. dont pause just say the sentence. if that works then practice the commands. on model it should be 30k-01 if it works like the 50s.
