If your sena has the HD speakers, there is an HD speaker accessory switch below the audio boost switch that when selected on , greys out the audio boost. Leave the HD speaker accessory switch on and and use the Audio equalizer listed below this to adjust the boost you want.  The audio boost switch is for the 20s or 20s evo without the HD speakers.

I don't have the HD Speakers, but the Audio Boost setting is disabled.

As I understood from you feedback I should be able to change it, but this is not the case

If there is a HD speaker accessory switch on the app, make sure it is off.  Audio boost then should be available.

Is your firmware up to date?  Current is 2.2.2

How do I know if I have the HD Speaker Accessory? Is that a part of the standard package? Since I did not order this specifically.

When looking into the settings I see that the HD Speaker Accessory is enabled but also greyed out, so I cannot disable it

Sena came out with HD speakers as standard in Sept last year.  I would do a fault reset on the unit as well as a factory reset.  Then delete the pairing from the phone and re-pair it. May also check your Sena app on your phone to insure you have the current version. Beyond that I am at a loss other than contacting Sena support.
