Please help
I recently purchased a Sena 20s EVO unit
I upgraded Firmware 2.2.1 to 2.2.2.
FM tuner does not work, other functions work well.
On the Android App Sena Utility, the FM option is frozen.
I used the instructions for use, QuickStart Guide 20S EVO page 7 but it doesn't work. I used the 20S EVO 1.1.0 manual instructions but to no avail.
On the Configuration Rotate Jog Dial, I select FM Station Guide Enable. But still unsuccessful.
Other functions work.
Maybe the device is faulty?
I'm asking for your advice.

JOZEF JANOSIK It looks that you have the same problem as me with 30k, I just got the information that FM and voice commanding in the newest versions are not included any more, just in 50 series.

Michel Geušić Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the 20s EVO unit.
I noticed a few bad things:
- Removed FM Radio (it is written in the manual as well as on the advertisements)
- The VOX command does not work (the unit responds to Hello Sena but does not work)
- very bad sound in MP3 320kbs
- the speakers are silent when playing MP3 or Flac files
- very bad unit holder 20s EVO (one click)
I don't know how secure the unit is. Yes, there is a possibility to
the same lost while driving?
- the option of automatically answering a phone call does not work
- Maybe there is something else that I haven't discovered. But I know I bought two same unit -
