This company is HORRIBLE in replying to open tickets. I have had an open ticket for months now just for a replacement helmet. 1 email, 1 step, 1 answer at a time. That's why it takes so long. Most of these customer service issues can be handle from someone working from home. What they do is move their employees to areas that TAKE IN new money by selling stuff. If you send an email wanted to buy something they get back to you the SAME DAY. Once most companies have your money they don't care. Their focus is to make money not give it away in replacing items that will COST them money. That's my 2¢.

Sena's customer support is piss poor.  If all of the guys I ride with didn't already have sena comms, I'd jump ship to Cardo-it couldn't possibly be any worse could it?

I hate to say it but like most businesses that you walk into today, if you walked into their offices you would probably find a now hiring sign on the front door. Of course we can thank our installed idiot in chief for this issue by mandating companies to vaccinate employees or paying them to stay home.

Yep had to send my 50S back before the 30 day trial ended, heard from Support the next day with a reply I could have read out of the manual.

    Cardo is just as bad.

Midland replies right away. Until they found out I was from the USA then silence.

I really expected more from a California based company.  I'm starting to think we would have gotten much better support purchasing from one of the many cheaper Intercom brands.

My research points to South Korea, too. FCC-ID documents are a good source on that.
