I have a new (one month old now) Stryker helmet which I am yet to use, due to being unable to get it to work.   After much time I am nearly there.   The main issue remaining is sound is muted.   The helmet will not play music and google voice is muted.   However I can make calls (but unreliably).   

Can you help stop this helmet from being a permanent ornament in my wardrobe?
