Hi All,
I hope someone can help me here as Sena Support didn't do much to help.
My Sena randomly stopped working normally.. Now when I try to turn it on, it just has a solid purple light and nothing else. Can't factory reset/normal reset it.. charging does nothing, plugging into PC and updating does nothing.
I can't find any articles online depicting what the purple light means or how to fix it..
