Sena 30K Purple Light

Hi All,

I hope someone can help me here as Sena Support didn't do much to help.

 

My Sena randomly stopped working normally.. Now when I try to turn it on, it just has a solid purple light and nothing else.  Can't factory reset/normal reset it.. charging does nothing, plugging into PC and updating does nothing. 

 

I can't find any articles online depicting what the purple light means or how to fix it..

  Guessing purple is the color of Sena death. My 50S flashes purple while trying to start up, but never gets there.
