No power ON SRL2

The battery is charged but no switch ON anymore.

Main Button and + button seems ok.

What I have to do?

  Hello,

  i had same issue and SENA helpdesk determined that my SRL need to be replaced due to a deffective battery.

  Hope it will help

  Same problem here.

  Bought a SRL 2 40 days ago.

  Charged it for more than 2 hours with micro USB cable provided.

  Does not switch on anymore.
