have you tried de-installing old Sena Device manager and then install new Sena Device Manager & use that for update.

Agree, if you calculate like that 6W would be better, but you are going by USB2.0 spec, not by SR10 spec.  I suspect USB2.0 spec may not be correct in this case when we are talking about 12V since ...
