I think the way they EQ the sound in the 20S to work more toward the built-in speakers. EQ=Equalizer You may be able to tweak the sound by getting an EQ app for your phone.

Try hitting the reset switch located at the back of the 20S main unit. Look for a tiny hole and use a paper clip and hold the reset for 2 seconds. Then let it charge for 2-3 hours.

Hi ccover, The Sena Smartphone app will only work with the Sena 20S, 10C, 10U, and 10R. The new 10R which will release in a few weeks is different from the SMH10R.
