I think the way they EQ the sound in the 20S to work more toward the built-in speakers. EQ=Equalizer You may be able to tweak the sound by getting an EQ app for your phone.

Try hitting the reset switch located at the back of the 20S main unit. Look for a tiny hole and use a paper clip and hold the reset for 2 seconds. Then let it charge for 2-3 hours.

To activate the Ambient Mode, press twice the Ambient Mode Button which is placed on the bottom of the clamp unit. To deactivate the Ambient Mode, press twice the Ambient Mode Button again.

Scott, The mic does not get disabled when using the ear bud connector on the base unit. Make sure your phone is still connected to your Bluetooth headset.
