    Thanks! I don't have one yet, just trying to make sure while considering buying one. The guys at cycle gear were not excited about unboxing and setting one up enough to test, but maybe someone here...

    I have this problem also with a 50R, so it seems widespread. "Hey Siri" completely stopped working. Support knows nothing and just tells me to factory reset.  I would like to downgrade the firmware...
