Thanks for reply. I found that transfer from SENA to computer is over phone interface and I found this not convenient at all so went to manual finger mode. If you found something better let us know...

The easiest way for me is to remove card and put it in card reader, not easy with big fingers ;) Did you manage to update firmware to V2?

This is massage from SENA support team Please try to use a different computer if possible or a USB cable or port on the computer. Make sure that there is an SD Card inside the SD Slot on the heads...

And that is it from SENA? I am not able to update my 10C PRO as well .....
