Hey there, I try to help in any way ,I can! I'm glad you got them figured out. That is the only shortcoming I have found in these devices, is the number of control combinations to remember.

I just had this problem on my 2 units. Tried about 4 different cables, then finally found the original Sena right-angle micro USB cable, and it worked! The SENA cable seems to be a better fit.

Ok, I guess winter was too long here in Minnesota. I had forgot that you need to hold Both the phone and jog dial to turn on. Tech support was great and got me clued in.

I vote for Linux support as well. I have to use my work computer for updates, as my home PC & laptop are both Linux (Ubuntu).

I have 2 10S that don't turn on -- SOLVED
