I just did the upgrade from iOS 11.0 to 11.0.1 on my iPhone 6s and voice control through the Sena 10S running firmware v1.3.1 still does not work.

Thanks for the reply Ken. I also tested locally stored music on an Android device (Nexus 7 running 5.1) and experienced the same behavior. I do not believe the issue to be the iPhone.

Same thing happened to me right after the front screw housing broke... my Sena 20S will no longer latch in. I love the zip tie fix!

Prior to asking me to restore my iPhone to close the ticket they asked me to send the Sena app crash report too, which I did. I didn't help my ticket. I should post the crash report here.

The person (Wahyit Cheung) working on my ticket #42434 for the app crashing issue said it works fine on his iPhone 4s. That doesn't help me. Restoring the iphone is a total nonstarter.
