Same issue with our group of three. Regularly a person is dropped without any warning. Strange thing is that the led is still flashing green, but without any sound.

last week I have placed the wires from the two speakers above my head, before they were in the back of the helm. Now the reception is mutch better but still not 100%. Can someone else also try that?

Casey Lynn - it was because a comment that I moved the speakerwire to the top of the helmet. If you connected an additional wire, were did you connected this wire to?
