    Seems like all 20S owners has the same issue. I have Sena 20S v1.4 today and using latest Sena Bluetooth Manager v2.4.    Sena20S_PNG.png

    A bad but successful solution is to install Sena Bluetooth Manager v2.4 on a PC instead of MAC. Read a lot of articles in this forum and there is unfortunately great issues when you are using a MAC.
