Hello.

I just got a SMH5-FM as a basic replacement to my failed 20S and it seems like there may be a issue with "Phone audio" connections. "Media audio" connections/music play perfectly clear but "Phone audio" has a rather load static noise.

Things i have attempted to no effect so far:

1. Factory reset
2. firmware upgrade to v2.2.2
3. factory reset again
4. Multiple pairing/repairing
5. Toggle of the options EDR and A2DP quality.

I have tested and have the same noise with my friends cellphone as well. the only thing of note i have seen so far is that with the EDR toggled off the static noise may not always start instantly with the "phone audio" connection, it starts about 1-2 seconds after connection start)

Disappointing to have another Sena product issue, but hopefully someone may have a fix if its not defective.
