Picking up phone calls from whatsapp

I'm having a trouble picking up whatsapp calls with either phone/jog dial button. call ringtone does not play also in the headset. is there any way I can answer whatsapp/line/chat application calls from the unit? it's a pain in the a** to grab my phone every now and then, and it for the most part negates the point of having a bluetooth comm unit.

oh, fyi I'm using android

  Me too, I have same problem. Regular incoming call from phone, we can answer it either by press P button or Tap 1x jog dial.

  But answering from Phone application such as Whatsapp, FB, etc, I try to press P button or Tap 1x hog dial, it doesn't work.

   

  Please SENA, maybe you can support us and update for the next firmware, so we can answer incoming call from phone application by Sena's unit and not from the handphone (because we still riding).

  Able to answer Watsapp call by pressing the centre button on the SRL. Im using Samsung S22 Ultra.
