speaker hook up into the device not working 10C
Just purchased the 10c and when I slide the speaker hook up into its slot and lock it in place the speakers dont work at all.
I slide in and if I push a little to the one side both work, if I dont only one speaker at a time with work. Im hoping I get new speakers first and if the same problem then it must be the connection on the device
I requested a warranty 160673 but nothing so far.

I have something similar. It works fine outside of the helmet but the minute I try to install it the speakers do not work anymore. Please let me know what you find out.
