Brand New 10R mic issues
Hi there
Brand new 10R out of the box and I'm having issues with the microphone.
If I wake up my phone and use google voice to do dial it hears my voice no problems and dials the perosn, but then after the phone connects no-one can hear my voice.
Same thing for when someone calls me. As soon as i answer no-one can hear my voice.
I've tried on my Galaxy S7 and my partners Sony Xperia and the same problem.
My phone has no problem working with my Interphone F5
Things I;ve tried
Factory reset
Firmware upgrade
Phone Software upgrade & also reset.
So I have a brand new unit that I can control my phone with, but cannot make or receive phone calls.

I'm having the same issue did you ever figure it out? Also when I'm on intercom my wife's smh10r can't hear me
