    Hi Yogesh,

    I picked up this model on the weekend and I am not experiencing any of the issues you face: Voice commands are working and the call I tested could not hear any wind or engine noise at all on the other end, even at 100km/h.

    I'm using the wired boom mic, in a GT-AIR full face helmet.

    Yogesh,
    Just installed the 20S evo over the last day or so and I'm experiencing exactly the same issues with voice command that you have. In addition double tapping the body of the unit rarely works. The motion sensor is set to high.

    Do you have the microphone pointed it the right direction?  There should be a little tab at the base of the microphone that should face away from your mouth.  The microphone works in only one direction and needs to be close to your lips for the noise cancelling feature to work properly.

    I keep double tap off and just use the ambient button on the bottom of the mount.  Much more reliable.

    Its been nearly a month for me to send the unit back to the seller. Still awaiting a resolution to the issues.

    Update

    After more than a month for me to send the unit to the dealer, i received the bluetooth without any resolve so i had to send it back to them. Waiting to hear from them now. This is the kind of service i get from sena's authorised distributors here in India. They accepted the problem but they dont want to send me a replacement.

    However, the seller Jamien Rao through dealer Motosports Pvt ltd, Hyderabad have assured me of getting a replacement by the 10th of november 2017.

    I recently purchased the 20s Evo and upgraded the firmware to 1.7.6 and for the most part everything seems to work fine.

    There are two issues I am finding:

    * The double tap to use a voice command is very hit and miss ( I have tried all settings for this function) 
    * Speaking a word loudly to answer a phone call simply just does not work at all.

    Is there a fix coming in the next firmware update to improve these functions?

    Above is what I sent to Sena and they replied this issue hasnt been reported before and to head over to th forums and post my issue here so a tech person will pick it up. 

     

    Firstly I knew they were talking crap because you do a google search and there is crap loads of people with this issue. Will a Sena person read this and advise if they have a fix?

     

    Also the solution listed  for the double tap not working is to turn it off??? WTF that is not a solution. That is admitting there is an issue and doing nothing about it!

    Right!
    So my latest update is this that after sending the faulty piece for the seller, i finally received a fresh unit and this unit has resolved all the issues i had been facing. So all you guys who are facing any issues need to get in touch with your seller and return for replacement. Cos none of the resets or firmware updates gonna resolve your problems. The problems with the hardware and needs to be replaced.

    I have the SRL 2 and the 20S-EVO, in the freeway I hardly can hear anything and not responding to voice commands. The mic is working because I can talk to other riders, firmware update and nothing called and live chat with customer service and nothing. They are a waste of time and garbage and so is customer service. I'll actually find somebody that I don't like to give them away or sell for what ever.
