VOX Phone Feature

No matter what I do I cannot get the VOX Phone feature to work on my Sena 20S Evo (Firmware Version 1.7.5).  I have been in touch with support but none of their suggestions have fixed the problem.

Everything is set so that it should work,  but it doesn't.  I have tried pairing different phones but that doesn't fix it either.

No matter how loud I scream "Hello", incoming mobile phone calls are not answered.    I end up having to press the phone button.

I see from other posts, here and elsewhere, that I am not the only one with this problem.    

Something definitely needs fixing with this feature.   Firmware update 1.7.6 please.

  I'm facing the same with the 20S Evo too. When I say "Hello Sena" it works for the first time, but subsequently the "Hello Sena" function is gone. Incoming call with the just saying "Hello" doesn't works too.
