Sena 50s Speech Issues

Hello,

I have a SENA 50s and problems with the microphone.

My speech is simply not understandable. I recorded with the phone and you can hear all the other sounds but not my speech.

What I have tried:
Sena factory settings
All supplied microphones.
Various positions

Has anyone had the same problem?

  I have similar issues while been on a phone call and sometimes with mesh connection, I have to turn off the device and activate it again
