rc3 pairing with sena 5s

has anyone sucessfully managed to pair the rc3 with the 5s?...they're supposed to be compatible...cheers

  Hello,

  5S Remote Control Pairing

  1. Turn on the headset and the Remote Control device.
  2. Initiate Remote Control Pairing.
  3. Put the Remote Control device into pairing mode. The headset will automatically connect to the Remote Control device in pairing mode.

  RC3 BT Pairing, hold + for 8 seconds.

  

  if this doesn't work please perform a fault reset on both devices and attempt again.

  I have done the remote pairing. but it doesn't seem to really work. I don't know where I got the error
