Firmware upgrade? NOT.

I've installed the device manager in my Windows based computer.  After pluging in my SMH10 and following the instruction on the device selection page, the manager can not find the device driver or the SMH 10.  How can i update the firmware on my devices.  2 SMH 10s and 1 SM10.

  I had to remove and reinstall the device manager software. Sena responded within a day, and their solution worked immediately. Great support!
