I suggest updating the firmware on both headsets to the latest version, if its the SMH10 then the latest version is v5.0. After completely updating the headsets, perform a Factory Reset on both headsets. Finally, enter the Configuration Menu on both headsets and disable VOX Intercom.

Please refer to the User's Guide on how to perform the "Factory Reset", enter the Configuration Menu, and disable VOX Intercom while in the Configuration Menu.

Phone is able to charge on ANY charger I've given it so far: usb/computer, Garmin chargers, and a slew of other 12v car adapters. The only problem is the Sena 12v car adapters. They only work on the SMH10s and NONE of my other devices like Traffic Rider. I agree with your conclusion that they're putting out a very low amperage - just enough for the SMH10 and my other usb devices need more. Too bad they can't be used globally, like all the other adapters I've tried.

Sounds like a frustrating issue! While riding, I usually avoid intercom distractions by using apps like Pikashow APK to pre-download content and enjoy shows offline without interruptions. Keeps the ride smoother and more entertaining!

That definitely sounds annoying during rides! Just like how I rely on stable services like checking my GEPCO Online Bill without hassle, it's important our devices stay reliable too—especially when we’re on the move.

Also, some users have had success rolling back to a previous firmware version if the issue started post-update. You might want to reach out to customer support to see if that’s an option—or if there’s a known bug with 4.3 they're working to fix.

Hope this gets sorted soon—it’s the kind of national boba day 2025 glitch that really affects long rides. Let us know if you find a solution!

You mentioned doing a reset, which was a good move. Another thing to try is disabling VOX (voice-activated intercom) or adjusting its sensitivity if it's enabled. Sometimes even ambient road noise, wind, or a song with vocal peaks can trigger the intercom unintentionally.

Also, double-check the audio priority settings on both what is boba tea headsets. If either is set to auto-switch to intercom or has audio multitasking on, that could be causing the sudden switches too.

I've been experiencing a strange issue with my intercom lately — it randomly activates without being prompted, even when both of us are listening to separate music sources. It's frequent enough that I’ve had to shut off my headset just so the rider can enjoy their music without interruptions. I’ve already reset both units and upgraded them to version 4.3. Interestingly, the problem only started about a month after the firmware update. Anyone else run into this or have suggestions?

That definitely sounds frustrating, especially when the intercom interrupts your ride experience like that. It’s interesting that it started happening after the 4.3 firmware update — could be a glitch with the audio priority or auto-intercom settings. You might want to check if VOX (voice activation) is enabled; sometimes background noise or music can accidentally trigger it. Hopefully, a future update patches this issue because it really takes away from the freedom of listening separately on long rides.

I've tested my phone with tons of chargers regular USB ports, laptop connections, Garmin car chargers, and a few random 12v car adapters and it charges perfectly every time. The only ones that cause issues are the Sena 12v car adapters. They seem to work only with specific devices like the SMH10, but they won't charge anything else properly. I think you're right; the Sena adapters must have super low output, just enough for the SMH10 but not for more power-hungry devices like Traffic Rider APK. Kinda disappointing, because all my other chargers are way more versatile.

It sounds like you're dealing with an unexpected intercom issue that’s disrupting your music experience. While this isn’t directly related to apps like HappyMod or Happy Mode, the frustration is definitely understandable—especially when you're just trying to enjoy your ride and some good tunes. Just like when we use platforms such as Happy Mod to unlock smoother, more enjoyable app experiences, you expect your headset system to perform reliably without random interruptions. Since you've already tried firmware upgrades and resets, it might help to check if there are any background features (like auto-connect or voice activation) triggering the intercom. Much like modded apps help bypass limits for a better experience, maybe there's a setting or workaround that can help restore that "happy mode" during your rides without interfering

Lately, the intercom keeps activating on its own while we’re both listening to separate music sources. It’s become so frequent that I’ve started turning off my headset just so the passenger can enjoy their music without constant interruptions. I’ve already reset both units and upgraded to firmware 4.3  the issue actually began about a month after the update. Really frustrating.

Edited the clip to show the problem using a video editing app, hope it helps others experiencing the same.
