When I charging it why no have LED for smh10r
I would like to ask the question about sena smh10r . When I charging it why no have LED red while charging, then turns on the light blue when the headset is fully charged.
please answer the question and problem sloving to me

@Chinnawat: To make sure that we understand your issue, are you saying that the the small LED (charge light) near the micro-USB port does not become solid red when you are charging the SMH10R? It only becomes blue when the headset is fully charged?

The charge light on my SMH10R does not illuminate Red or Blue and after being plugged in for say 2 hours it has no charge/ won't turn on. It is not recognized by my computer when plugged in either.
