Firmware options
My SMH10 models (pair) have the round pin connectors for charging, as such being unsuitable for device manager updating. Can the units be sent to you for updating?

I'm sorry to say that these units with the round charger cannot be updated, even if you were to send it to Sena.

Bobby, we will not be able to update the firmware on your headsets if they have the round DC charging port. Only SMH10 headsets that have the micro-USB port are able to have the firmware updated. As such, you can purchase a replacement main unit for each of your headsets that have the micro-USB port from our online store here http://www.buysena.com/powersports/smh10/smh10-m01.html. You can also search for the part number online to find better prices.
