I am hearing this same voice prompt too. I seems to occur randomly. Mostly the phrase is repeated non-stop.

My device is a SMH5 v2.1.1 in combination with a TomTom Rider 400, by the way.

When my wife and I aren't riding together, out paired (we bought a 2-kit) sets also do this.

she's almost to the extent to never turn it on unless we are riding together .. which makes it practically useless for phone calls, etc.

I am having the same problem and a few others. I am beginning to wonder if I made the right choice in purchasing the smh10. I am also wondering why Sena Tech department is not monitoring these forums and helping out their VALUED customers

Only thorough trial-and-error, we found out we had to turn off all VOX settings on the head sets in order to get it to stop.

We haven't had an issue since.

Please disable the VOX Intercom setting through the Configuration Menu on the headset or through the Sena Device Manager software so that this voice prompt is no longer heard.

No any changes in device working. Turning on or off bouth VOX in app - it always on - device trying to do something when I simply breathing or closing my visor.

    Please, help.

You need to turn off the voice prompts completely. You can do this by using the Sena Device Manager on your computer or through the Sena smartphone app. Go to the settings, find voice prompt or voice feedback, and disable it. This will stop the device from announcing connection failures, but keep in mind it will also mute other voice alerts. There is no way to turn off just that one message without turning off all voice prompts.
